Residential Tile

grout and tiled surfaces, sometimes only in a year or two.
By use of a
truck-mounted cleaning plant, we employ a no-mess, high-pressure,
230 degree hot water cleaning process that melts away years of
soil, grease, oils and residues to instantly sanitize the surface
in a few short hours.
Our Cleaning
Process: We use a unique 6-step cleaning process
utilizing state-of-the-art equipment combined with extensive
industry training to produce extraordinary results.

Apply an alkaline cleaning
solution to surface and allow it to dwell 10-20 minutes to
emulsify soil.

Scrub grout lines with a
stiff bristle brush to loosen soil.

Power rinse floor using High
Pressure Hot Water Extraction, 800-1200 PSI, 220* water, with a
fully enclosed tool which immediately extracts the soiled water
to a tank in our trailer.

Spot treat any stains with a
low pH cleaning agent and rinse.

Place air movers to dry the
surface.
